Social Action

Social Action is a key component of the chapter’s organizational efforts to promote community service, civic engagement, and social responsibility. This committee is tasked with identifying, organizing, and implementing programs that address pressing social issues and contribute positively to the community.

Strategic Partnerships

AAA believes that connection and collaboration build community. Therefore, we are actively seeking partnerships with like-minded organizations, and philanthropic interests to help us on our mission to inspire service in the public interest.  As a result of our partnership with Salem Baptist Church of Abington, the Abington-Ambler (PA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc., is on the rise to the next level of positive impact and positive influence in the community in which we serve!  If you would like to partner with us, please contact us at [email protected]

AAA Supports Suicide Prevention Walk

The Abington-Ambler Alumni Chapter participates in several walks and fundraisers throughout the year for various charitable causes including; Junior Diabetes, Autism, Sickle-cell Anemia among others

St. Jude Sunday of Hope

In partnership with Canaan Baptist Church AAA hosted our Sunday of Hope to raise money for St. Jude. We successfully raised $5,000 (USD) at our event which was enough to support 40 children.

Chosen 300: Thanksgiving Meal Program

AAA recently partnered with Chosen 300 Ministries to feed over 100 unhoused and food vulnerable individuals in the Philadelphia area.

Voter Registration

The Abington-Ambler Alumni Chapter and the Phi Beta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. hosted a voter registration canvasing event in the Montgomery County area of Pennsylvania.
